JELD-WEN has had a name change to VENTORA.
But rest assured, there are no changes to our iconic brands that you know and love - Corinthian, Stegbar, Breezway, Trend, A&L, Regency and Aneeta. We will continue to do business as usual and deliver the quality products and excellent service that you have come to expect.
This is a name change only, there are no changes to our trading entity ABN or ACN, bank accounts, or how we do business today.

As an account customer, what do we need to do?
- Update any trading name reference from JELD-WEN Australia to VENTORA Group.
- Take steps to ensure your systems will receive our communications from ventora.com.au (whitelist) which may include system-automated documents, compliance certificates, correspondence, and emails.
- Change your contact details for our teams' email addresses as communicated to ventora.com.au.
- Inform and prepare your teams to expect to see a rebrand of our service and installation teams, and our building, uniform, and vehicle signage from JELD-WEN to VENTORA.
Will there be a change to your brands?
It is important to note that there are no changes to our iconic brands including Corinthian, Stegbar, Breezway, Trend, A&L, Regency, and Aneeta.
Over the coming weeks we will undergo a rebranding of the name behind our brands - from JELD-WEN to VENTORA.
This will include refreshing logos, changing our account's email addresses to ventora.com.au, and refreshing some documents, uniforms, buildings, and vehicle signage.
Will there be any interruptions or changes to service offerings due to this change of name?
It is important to note that nothing changes. Our people will continue to deliver the excellent service that customers have come to expect.
Will my terms and conditions of sale change?
There will be no change to terms and conditions as per this business name change. All terms and conditions will continue as per your existing contract. You will notice a change of name only from JELD-WEN to VENTORA.

There is no change to our trading entity ACN or ABN, only a change to the name.
You may notice a visual change on documents such as logos on invoices and statements that ‘A JELD-WEN company' has been removed.
We continue to operate as business as usual. There is no change to our trading entity ACN or ABN, and no changes to our BSB or Bank Account number.

How will I ensure I will be paid for the services and/or materials provided?
There is no change to our trading entity ACN or ABN, only a change to the name.
There is no change to current payments owed and all current invoices will be paid as agreed.
Will there be a change to how you make payments?
There is no change to our payment methods.
Any payment or payee information such as payment remittance advice that you currently receive with the name JELD-WEN will change to VENTORA.
Does VENTORA still intend to buy our products/services?
There is no change to our business operations because of this rebrand. As our people will continue to deliver the excellent products and service that our customers have come to expect from our brand promise.
